Refund and Returns Policy

At Lexro Finance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted and provides you with clear instructions on how to initiate a return.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on guitars and other products purchased from our website, subject to the following conditions:
- Return Timeframe: You can return your items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition. The product must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or use. Any packaging, tags, or accessories included with the original product must also be returned in the same condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-built guitars, and electronic accessories, cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific return restrictions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@lexrofinance.com or call us at (901) 324-3127 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). You will also receive the return shipping address.

Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if available) along with any accessories, manuals, or tags that were included with the original purchase. The RA number should be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, or if accessories or packaging are missing, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. To process your request, please include:
- Clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.
- A description of the issue.
- Your order number.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want to receive. You can return the original item for a refund (subject to our refund policy), or if you need a size or color exchange, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the correct item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes it takes a few business days for the refund to show up in your account.
- Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Provider: There may be delays in processing refunds, especially during busy periods.

7. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order. If you’re eligible for a return shipping label, we will provide it.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
